Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Cerulean.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, colour choice, or if the item is not as expected.
Please review all product photos and videos carefully before placing your order, as they accurately represent the item you will receive.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund only if your item is faulty, or damaged.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return postage fees.
Items can be returned (for a faulty or damaged item) within 7 days of receiving your purchase. All items must be in original condition with tags attached. Any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered cannot be returned and will be returned to the customer. Please email info@ceruleanau.com.co to initiate a return.
If a refund is granted, we will issue your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your return package. Please note that return shipping costs are to be covered by the person returning the order. The shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount.
