Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only accept orders from Australia.

If we begin accepting international orders, we’ll update our website and social media right away.  Thank you for your support—please stay tuned!

 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders once they've been placed. This policy is in place to ensure efficient processing and delivery of your items. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming it.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped within 4 business days via Australia Post. 

Purchases made on Fridays after 11am, Saturdays or Sundays will not be sent until the following Monday (due to us needing a weekend too!).



 

What's your returns and exchange policy?

We understand sometimes shopping online can be risky, which is why we have an easy and straightforward exchange and refund policy. 

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, colour choice, or if the item is not as expected. Please review all product photos and videos carefully before placing your order, as they accurately represent the item you will receive.

 In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund only if your item is faulty, or damaged. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return postage fees.
